The iADJUST Study Protocol: A Randomised Waitlist-Controlled Feasibility Trial of iADJUST, a Digital Psychological Intervention for People Living with Chronic Kidney Disease
Background: Psychological distress is common among people living with chronic kidney disease (CKD), yet access to structured psychological support within routine kidney care remains limited and varied. iADJUST is a primarily self-guided digital psychological intervention designed to support adjustment and emotional well-being in people living with CKD. Delivered over 12 weeks, iADJUST is hosted on the Kidney BEAM platform and supported by brief therapist contact to facilitate engagement. Before a definitive evaluation can be undertaken, it is necessary to establish the feasibility and acceptability of intervention delivery and study procedures.
